Sasha Roberts is a FANTASTIC right hand woman. I first met her in 2012 when she was doing some medicolegal related work for me as a contractor. My private practice manager was moving on in early 2013 and Sasha was very evidently capable so I offered her the opportunity to take over. The practice was growing and continued to do so at an exponential rate – Sasha built the infrastructure to enable my business to grow with very little input or direction. She recruited and trained a highly capable team of six, prescribed and maintained excellent service levels, devised all business processes and systems, and facilitated all changes over her four years with me, of which there were many. She’s a master problem solver / fire-fighter and for some reason loves doing this! She will ensure your patients are kept very happy and works extremely well with internal and external stakeholders.

I send Sasha audiograms for medico-legal reports and associated documents. She has habitually turned these around in 24-48 hours. She has a very good knowledge of medical and legal terms and the editing of the reports once returned is minimal - which is marvellous as proofreading can be very time consuming.
She has always been very obliging and I would unreservedly recommend her for any advanced medico-legal/ medical secretarial work.
