Business services are charged by the hour and can be provided in the following ways; monthly retainer/fixed hours, or ad hoc, designed to suit the different needs of my clients. This allows me to offer flexible, efficient and cost-effective services. Rates:

• Packages and fixed days available by way of monthly retainer to guarantee my availability/capacity - £25/hour

• Ad-hoc - from £30/hour

• Transcription services from only £22/hour
   

With no fixed working hours, I can be called upon to work outside of the standard '9-5'. I generally work Monday to Friday but am flexible and happy to discuss your needs. Contact me for a tailor-made quote. Evening/weekend hours may incur a premium.

• Payment method is via bank transfer

• Additional expenses including telephone calls, stationary, postage and mileage may be charged additionally as per agreement with client

• New clients are initially invoiced in advance following commencement of work

• Established clients are billed monthly

• Minimum invoice amount is for 1 hour. Thereafter time is billed in 30 minute increments

• Payment terms are 14 days

• Other than an initial exploratory call, all services provided and time spent working on your behalf is chargeable.
